WORKSHOPS
Our three workshops provide participants with the competence and self-confidence to develop and deliver extraordinary workshops. Through discussion, creative exercises, video and laughter, the participants will be energized and inspired to create dynamic workshops that will grow their businesses.
- Develop and Deliver Extraordinary Workshops, Level 1.0 (Geared towards small business owners wanting to conduct workshops to grow their business)
- Develop and Deliver Extraordinary Workshops, Level 2.0 (Geared towards presenters with limited training experience and looking for best practices)
- Develop and Deliver Extraordinary Workshops, Level 3.0 (Geared towards presenters with extensive training experience and wanting to put fire into their delivery)
Workshops Include
- Manual
- DVD of the participant’s final presentation during the workshop
- Coaching call for each participant after the workshop (½ hour)
- Discount coaching if further coaching is desired
COACHING
The Workshop Training Institute also provides one-on-one coaching for trainers who want professional advice on their workshops or presentations. Coaching often includes the following:
- Handout / PowerPoint review
- Marketing the workshop
- Practicing and getting feedback
- Choosing the best topics
- Designing creative and interactive activities
- Managing time and content
- Pricing the workshop
- Facilitating great discussions
- Building client base
- Selling products during and after the workshop
Coaching Fee
- $75 per hour
- $65 per hour if a past participant of Develop and Deliver Extraordinary Workshops, Levels 1.0, 2.0 or 3.0

Logistics
Coaching sessions are conducted through the phone, internet and web cam (if client has one available)
